The Quality Management System Internal and Supplier Auditor training course is designed for those who wish to conduct internal or supplier audits using the guidance of ISO 19011. The audit criteria used for exercises and assessments is from the ISO 9001:2015 standard. It is therefore necessary for Learners taking this course to be intimately familiar with this standard. This course contains no training on the ISO 9001 whatsoever.
Audit techniques are presented in a logical sequence that follow the cycle of an audit programme.
The Quality Management System Lead Auditor training course is designed for those who wish to become a Lead Auditor. Learners are taught audit techniques from ISO 19011 and ISO 17021. The course includes detailed understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and uses this standard for learner assessment, case studies, exercises and role-play. The course is aligned with the provisions of an ISO 17024 accredited organisation but is not registered.
